T3 Bayside

T3 Bayside in Toronto, ON, is North America’s tallest mass timber office building, standing at 42 metres (138 feet) high! The structure features 10-storeys of flexible space that can be transformed into event venues, office spaces, retail, and co-working and community facilities. Timmerman Timberworks contributed to this project as mass timber installers, providing installation services of Nordic glue-laminated timber beams and columns and cross-laminated timber.
