Summit Wellness Centre

The historic Coboconk Train Station building has been repurposed to become the new Summit Wellness Centre, serving northern areas of Kawartha Lakes, typically lacking access to community health spaces. The facility will offer after-hours care, dental services, mental health support, etc., alleviating capacity pressures from surrounding healthcare hubs. The project features glue-laminated timber elements and SilvaSpan nail-laminated timber panels.
