Herold Industrial Park

Herold Industrial Park lies between the two largest highways in Northern Ontario. The project included the addition of a mass timber expansion to the previously existing industrial building, offering more space for new tenants and lower embodied carbon. The building is comprised of cross-laminated timber rather than steel, which is traditional in industrial buildings.
