Nestled in Port Dalhousie, St. Catherines, ON, the Neil Campbell Rowing Centre is located on Henley Island. The facility is both net-zero energy and zero-carbon, and features a glue-laminated timber and cross-laminated timber roof, as well as a cross-laminated timber shear core. The roof is equipped with a solar photovoltaic system which, over a calendar year, generates the annual energy usage required to run the facility, offsetting energy usage and solidifying net-zero energy building operations.
