Arthur Garage

The Arthur Garage, designed for use by the County of Wellington Public Works department, is a 38,900-square-foot facility with 6 truck storage and service bays, a truck wash bay, sand/salt storage, and more. The building meets the County of Wellington’s highest Green Legacy Building Standard, and is four times the size of the previously existing garage. Nail-laminated timber panels fabricated by SilvaSpan were used, as well as cross-laminated timber and glue-laminated timber.
